Detlef and Patrick led the European expansion of the Norwegian market leader in HSE and access management — opening its Cologne office, building the sales team, and growing the business across Germany and continental Europe from the ground up.
Along the way, they delivered HSE and access-management programs for some of Europe's largest chemical parks, refineries, and production sites — including a pan-European, multi-site driver-training rollout spanning an entire chemical group's operations.
Today, they bring that experience to CircularChem, with one goal: to make it the new industry standard.
