Businesses (B2B) in the EU/EEA — from chemical majors through specialty and fine chemicals to distributors and laboratories. Every company is verified at registration (incl. VAT-ID/VIES and an identity check) so all participants are reliable. Private individuals cannot take part.

Chemicals in original-packed, factory-sealed containers — cans, drums, sacks, hobbocks, IBCs or whole pallets, with no quantity limit. Requirement: a current safety data sheet (SDS); for off-spec ware or stock past its shelf life, also current analysis results (CoA). We do not broker loose / tanker ware or repackaged goods.

The seller. ChemShare does not value goods, does not buy and does not resell — we are a neutral intermediary between the parties.

Registration is free. On a successful match, an intermediation fee applies to the seller — we discuss the details personally in the specific case.

Currently (closed beta) we support every listing personally: you provide the key data and documents, we create the listing with you and approach suitable buyers directly. With the public launch (end of 2026), full self-service is added.

Honest answer: it depends on the product. Some ware matches a known demand immediately, other ware takes time. We make no sales guarantees — but every listing stays active, and we get in touch as soon as a suitable buyer appears.

Every listing needs a current SDS; regulated substances are checked before we broker them. Transport and handover happen between seller and buyer under applicable dangerous-goods and chemicals law — we make sure the documentation is complete.

Disposal costs money and destroys value; storage ties up space and capital and runs against the shelf life. Selling through ChemShare turns cost into proceeds — and is the more sustainable path: the chemical gets used instead of destroyed.

Yes. Company and contact data are processed in line with the GDPR. Whether your company is named openly in the listing or stays anonymous at first is your choice.
